In memory of Nathan Small, an initiative to build a Wildlife Pond in the garden is underway with the support of the wildlife charity “Froglife” (see https://www.froglife.org). With the hands on support of Froglife representative Will, we designed and dug the pond, then lined it with three layers of pond liners. We are hoping for a bit of rain to fill it up. In the meantime pond plants have been ordered and will be planted shortly. We look forward to share photos of the pond once it is completed. Here are a few photos from the building process:
