The garden party was well attended by families and friends who enjoyed to opportunity to socialise over tea, cake and strawberries and cream. In addition to photo exhibition and a display of the various creations of the craft workshop, an artistic programme was put in place which included a short play, poems, music and maypole dancing; all were very much appreciated. The tombola which was organised by Joyce Friend was a real highlight for many. All money raised during the event went towards our new building appeal.
