Last Friday we celebrated the woodland shelter which was built by our woodland group over the last few years. The initiative for building a woodland shelter was based on the need for more effective shelter and working space, while maintaining the outdoors woodland based experience, which lies at the heart of our activities in the forest.
We shared lunch and warmed around the bonfire, enjoying music, dancing & storytelling. We also had an opportunity to mingle with our friends from the Pericles project.
It was a wonderful event which was a fitting tribute to the excellent done by the woodland project group led by Michael Collins (who also celebrated his birthday on the day).
